Our 12-yard heavy-duty dumpsters are specifically designed to handle dense, heavy materials like concrete, dirt, rock, and sod. These loads get heavy fast, so using a smaller container is the safe (and legal) way to go. We include dump fees for up to 12 tons of debris for non-mixed loads (only concrete, dirt, or green waste). For loads that have mixed materials (concrete mixed with rebar, concrete and dirt or green materials mixed together, etc) there is an additional fee for dumping.
